The many looks of Minis!

I just completed a series of four bright, colorful abstracts.  This client wanted a frame-able series of small paintings, planning to use gold with white mats.

Each painting was 8x12" on canvas paper.  Now she can use them as a set of four OR cut the paper into lots of even smaller paintings!  There are so many fun ways to frame them.

The following images are totally knocked off pinterest and photoshopped so it looks like my artwork is inside.  They're just mock-ups to illustrate some possibilities for the client.  I do NOT want to offend the original photographers so I've credited the sources the best I can and will be happy to take down these mock-ups if anyone complains!

The original idea was four square frames with four square openings for artwork, hung in a grid.  [Source]

This shows the option of cutting the four minis into pieces to get lots of frame-able art!  [Source]

The actual minis might not be big enough for THESE frames, but I like how they're matted a little off-center and then propped on a table surface.  [Source]

Here, the canvas paper is mounted in front of the white mat, letting the raw edges show - kinda cool!  [Source]
